The Opportunity:

  • Leading the development and implementation of the program to maximise development and learning.
  • Supporting Educators in each room to assess and ensure participation in the educational program.
  • Establishing clear goals, expectations and best practice for the educational program in all rooms.
  • Contribute to the the ongoing exceeding practices in the Quality Improvement Plan.
Requirements for role:


  • Diploma in Early Childhood and Care
  • Experience in an Ed Leader position will be highly regarded
  • Current First Aid qualification including Anaphylaxis and Asthma
  • Prior knowledge and experience will be highly regarded (Not Necessary)
  • Have highly developed organisational and communication skills
  • Leadership and mentoring skills will be highly regarded
  • Current WWCC (employee)
  • Police Check (issued within the last 6 months - required prior to commencement)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in your career
