The Opportunity:
- Leading the development and implementation of the program to maximise development and learning.
- Supporting Educators in each room to assess and ensure participation in the educational program.
- Establishing clear goals, expectations and best practice for the educational program in all rooms.
- Contribute to the the ongoing exceeding practices in the Quality Improvement Plan.
- Diploma in Early Childhood and Care
- Experience in an Ed Leader position will be highly regarded
- Current First Aid qualification including Anaphylaxis and Asthma
- Prior knowledge and experience will be highly regarded (Not Necessary)
- Have highly developed organisational and communication skills
- Leadership and mentoring skills will be highly regarded
- Current WWCC (employee)
- Police Check (issued within the last 6 months - required prior to commencement)
- Willingness to learn and grow in your career
