Minimum of Diploma of Children's Services qualification required
Current First Aid qualification including Anaphylaxis and Asthma
Knowledge and understanding of National Law, National Regulations, National Quality Standards, Early Years Learning Framework (standard and Victorian), Being belonging & becoming framework and My Time Our Place (if school aged child attend service)
Proven ability to lead, guide, support, mentor and supervise a team
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Current Drivers Licence
Current Police Check less than 6 months old
Current Working with Children Check (employee)
To have completed Child Safe accredited Training
Food Safety Supervisor qualification

To manage the successful day to day operational needs of the centre
To ensure the provision of quality Early Education in accordance with the aims, objectives and philosophies of the centre and the Area Management Team
To work with and support educators in the provision and implementation of a high-quality curriculum
